What we collect
- Nothing that identifies you by name. We never ask for your name or other personal details.
- The phone number or email address you message us from, which WhatsApp and email show us automatically.
- Your order details: subject, course code, academic level, deadline and instructions.
- Files you send us, such as rubrics, readings and drafts.
The order and contact forms on this website do not send anything to us on their own. They open WhatsApp or your email app with a message you can read and edit before you send it.
How we use it
- To send you a quote and complete your order.
- To pass your instructions and files to the writer or tutor working on your order.
- To reply to your questions and send revisions.
We never sell your information or share it with anyone outside the team working on your order.
Payments
Payments are handled by M-Pesa or your card provider. We do not see or store your card number or M-Pesa PIN.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and its fonts and images load from our own server.
How long we keep it
We keep order files only as long as we need them to finish your order and any revisions. Ask us at any time and we will delete them.
Your rights
Under the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019 and similar laws where you live, you can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Send your request to toptutor16@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp.
